What are Pennsylvania laws regarding hidden cameras around my apartment?
Are there legal guidelines about notices that would need to be posted, or about where they can or cannot be posted, in the state of Pennsylvania? I want to keep an eye on the place the best I can, seeing as how I am never home, and I’m in one of those ‘iffy’ neighborhoods.
You can place them anyplace you want within your own apartment. Your apartment is your castle.
However, do not place them in your bathroom if you have visitors to your apartment. We don’t want to have you accused of being a "peeping tom."
